Der Call for Participation für die #pw21 ist eröffnet! Reicht uns Eure Beiträge für die zweite online-only PrivacyWeek unter dem Motto “Datenmeer” ein.

Wie die Welt dieses Jahr im Oktober aussehen wird, können wir schwer vorhersagen. Was wir können, ist, eine Online-PrivacyWeek veranstalten, die dem Anspruch genügt, ein sicherer Hafen und ein Kompass zu sein für alle, die sich im Datenmeer verloren sehen.

Wie jedes Jahr organisieren wir wieder eine volle Woche lang Vorträge, Workshops, Kunstprojekte und Diskussionsrunden zu den Themen:

• Privatsphäre
• Digitalisierung
• Auswirkungen von Technik auf die Gesellschaft
• Datenschutz
• Netzpolitik

Ihr habt wie immer die Möglichkeit, die PrivacyWeek mit Euren Beiträgen mitzugestalten. Auch die #pw21 wird noch einmal online-only werden, daher sind Eure Möglichkeiten:

• Vortrag oder Workshop als Online-Livestream
• Vortrag als vorproduziertes Video zu einem fixen Fahrplan-Zeitslot während der PrivacyWeek, mit anschließender Online-Live-Fragerunde mit Euch und dem Live-Publikum
• Euer Kunstprojekt (zB Filmvorführung) als Online-Livestream mit fixem Fahrplanplatz
• Euer Kunstprojekt als vorproduziertes Online-Event zum zeitsouveränen Entdecken während der Dauer der PrivacyWeek
• Euer Beitrag zu einer Podiumsdiskussion im Livestream

Es wird keine physische Bühne geben, daher findet alles von Eurem Sofa oder Arbeitsplatz daheim aus statt.

How the world will look like in October, we can hardly predict. What we can do is, making an online PrivacyWeek happen that satifies our requirement of being a safe harbour and a compass for everyone, who finds themselves lost in the vast sea of data.

As every year we organise a full week of talks, workshops, art projects and discussion panels around the topics:

• privacy
• digitalization
• impact of technology on society
• data protection
• net politics

With your contributions, you shape the PrivacyWeek and we’re very much looking forward to it.

Like last year, #pw21 will be online-only. So your possibilities are:

• talk or workshop as online livestream
• talk as pre-recorded video with a fixed schedule slot during PrivacyWeek with live Q&A afterwards
• your art project (e.g. movie) as as online livestream with a fixed schedule slot
• your art project as pre-made online event that can be online for the whole week for time-sovereign discovery by the guests
• your contribution to a discussion panel as online livestream

There will be no physical stage anywhere, so everything will happen from your couch or desk at home.
