In this interview, we speak with Cizonet Solutions, the team behind HRAP Suite. HRAP Suite is a comprehensive workforce operating system designed to help organizations manage everything from recruitment and attendance to performance and workplace operations from a single platform.
HRAP Suite is a workforce operating system that helps organizations manage employees, recruitment, attendance, leave, performance, learning, and workplace operations from a single platform. It enables HR teams and business leaders to streamline people management while improving operational efficiency. Now’s a good time for HRAP Suite to exist because many organizations still rely on disconnected HR tools and manual processes that reduce productivity and create administrative overhead.
HRAP Suite currently supports 7 organizations, helping them manage workforce operations across recruitment, attendance, leave management, performance, learning, and employee administration.
Through these organizations, the platform serves approximately 85 employees, with adoption continuing to grow as new businesses modernize their HR operations.
HRAP Suite is designed for startups, SMEs, enterprises, nonprofits, educational institutions, and public sector organizations. It supports HR professionals, executives, managers, and operations teams responsible for managing people, compliance, and organizational performance.
To build a robust and seamless platform, the team leveraged a modern tech stack featuring React, TypeScript, and Next.js, packaged as a Progressive Web App (PWA). For a scalable and secure backend architecture, HRAP Suite relies on Cloudflare Workers, Appwrite, Supabase, and PostgreSQL, seamlessly tied together with REST APIs.
HRAP Suite is currently supporting 7 organizations in managing their workforce and serving approximately 85 employees through the Cizonet ecosystem.
The platform continues to gain traction through customer deployments, product updates, technical articles published by Cizonet Solutions, and recognition from HackerNoon’s Startup of the Year Awards, which has helped introduce our products to a broader technology audience.
A score of 50.4 reflects that we’re addressing a genuine business challenge, but we believe it’s only the beginning.
As more organizations adopt HRAP Suite and we continue gathering measurable outcomes around operational efficiency, employee engagement, and customer retention, we expect that score to improve significantly. We see it as a benchmark that motivates us to keep building and validating the product with real users.
Many organizations still rely on disconnected HR tools and manual processes that reduce productivity and create administrative overhead. HRAP Suite brings workforce management into a single platform, helping organizations improve efficiency, employee engagement, and operational visibility.
The clearest evidence is that 7 organizations are already using HRAP Suite to manage real workforce operations, supporting approximately 85 employees across attendance, leave management, communication, learning, and other HR processes.
When organizations choose to centralize their HR operations in one platform, it demonstrates that the product is solving practical, everyday operational challenges.
We measure adoption based on operational usage rather than account creation.
Key indicators include active employee participation, attendance management, leave processing, recruitment activity, learning engagement, and recurring administrative workflows. Since HRAP Suite supports day-to-day business operations, continued usage is a much stronger indicator of value than simple sign-ups.
We believe adoption and demonstrated usefulness will improve the most over the next 12 months.
Our focus is expanding organizational deployments, refining onboarding, introducing deeper automation, and continuously improving the platform based on customer feedback. As more organizations rely on HRAP Suite for daily operations, we’ll have stronger evidence of measurable business impact.
We discovered HackerNoon through its Startup of the Year Awards, a platform that recognizes and highlights innovative companies building impactful technology solutions.
Our experience with HackerNoon has been incredibly valuable. Cizonet Solutions was recognized as 2nd Startup of the Year (2024) in Abuja, Nigeria, competing against 320 startups, and also ranked 3rd in Mobile App Development (2024) against 515 startups.
Beyond the recognition, HackerNoon has provided a platform for us to share our journey, showcase the problems we are solving, and connect with a global community of founders, developers, and technology enthusiasts.
Our early customers have consistently emphasized the importance of simplicity, automation, and reducing repetitive administrative work.
Their feedback has shaped our roadmap by driving improvements in employee self-service, reporting, workflow automation, onboarding, and the overall user experience. Rather than adding features for the sake of complexity, we focus on solving the practical challenges HR teams face every day.
Our strategy is to deliver an integrated workforce operating system that combines multiple HR functions into one platform, eliminating the need for businesses to manage several disconnected tools.
We are focusing on customer success, strategic partnerships, referrals, and product-led growth while continuously improving the platform based on real customer feedback. Our goal is to become the operating system that growing organizations rely on to manage their workforce efficiently.
The biggest improvement has been reducing fragmented HR administration.
Instead of switching between spreadsheets, messaging platforms, and multiple software solutions, organizations can manage key workforce processes from a single system. This creates better visibility, reduces duplicate work, and gives HR teams more time to focus on strategic initiatives rather than administrative coordination.
