The global hacking community has never been more important. From students discovering their first bug to seasoned hackers uncovering flaws in complex systems, bug bounty has become a core part of modern cybersecurity.

At Intigriti, we believe that strong security ecosystems are built by strong communities and that’s why we’re launching the Intigriti Hacker Ambassador Program, an initiative designed to empower the people who are already helping the community grow.

The Intigriti Hacker Ambassador Program is built to support and empower trusted members of the hacking community who want to make a difference locally and globally.

Ambassadors act as a bridge between hackers and the Intigriti team, helping strengthen local communities whilst ensuring feedback is captured and then flows directly back to us, the Intigriti team.

The program is built around three simple ideas:

1. Enabling community leaders with support and resources.

2. Bringing hackers together across regions and experience levels.

3. Encouraging growth and learning.

Ambassadors don’t have set tasks. They contribute to the community in ways that align with their strengths and interests; there is no set or single “type” of ambassador.

Some will focus on running meetups, Capture the Flag (CTFs), study groups, and workshops. Others will focus on content creation and research. Ambassadors also help us stay connected to the broader ecosystem. They surface local challenges, share ideas, and provide feedback that help us continuously improve how we support hackers.

Being an ambassador is not about workload or holding a title for the sake of it. It’s about support, recognition, and access.

Ambassadors receive:

• Direct support from the Intigriti team

• Guidance and funding for community events, conferences, and meetups

• Funding to visit key events and conferences

• Public recognition for their contributions

• Opportunities for growth, including opportunities to lead events, speak at Intigriti office hours, and collaborate on content.

We are launching the program with an initial pilot group of ambassadors across different regions, and from there, we will gradually expand through a structured application process.

Participation is flexible. Most ambassadors contribute a few hours per month, focusing on events and projects that they choose to undertake, supported by Intigriti.

The programme includes dedicated communication channels, regular roundtables to share feedback and ideas, and support for organising initiatives.

Our aim is sustainability and empowerment. If you’re already actively giving back to the community or have ideas to make a positive, wider impact, then the ambassador program could be a great place to get support.
