Inaugural awards celebrate the pioneers turning quantum’s promise into real-world impact, bridging theory and practice in the next era of secure computing 

Boca Raton, FL, November 20, 2025 — Techstrong Group, in collaboration with DigiCert, today announced the launch of Quantum Security 25, a new awards program recognizing the top 25 most influential people in quantum security: the researchers, builders and change-makers accelerating a secure, scalable quantum future. As quantum innovation accelerates, The Quantum Security 25 honors the people translating breakthroughs into business value and public benefit—advancing post-quantum security, practical applications, standards, and ecosystem readiness.

A distinguished panel of judges from across quantum computing, cybersecurity, academia, and industry will evaluate submissions and select the 25 honorees driving the field forward. Nominees will be evaluated on measurable influence and impact, including:

• Breakthroughs in quantum hardware, algorithms, software and tooling
• Quantum-safe security (PQC, migration roadmaps, standards leadership)
• Quantum ecosystem growth and commercialization (partnerships, education programs, production pilots, and community leadership)

This year’s judging panel includes:
