With the evolution of SAP technologies, the German-speaking SAP User Group (DSAG) has released a new version of these guidelines specifically designed for SAP S/4HANA.

The new SAP S/4HANA audit guideline is a comprehensive guide that focuses on the latest SAP developments for both SAP S/4HANA and SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition. This new version represents a significant step in the audit and risk management landscape, catering to the growing needs of businesses that are capitalizing on the capabilities of SAP S/4HANA.

The SAP S/4HANA audit guideline is a result of a collaboration between the members of the DSAG Working Group “Audit and Risk Management” and is built upon the DSAG auditing guideline for SAP ERP 6.0. The document is based on SAP S/4HANA 2021 and S/4HANA Public Cloud 2208.

The new DSAG audit guideline is designed to offer clear, actionable guidance for auditing SAP S/4HANA. It is structured to address the unique features and complexities of the SAP S/4HANA environment, thus making them an invaluable tool for auditors. With these guidelines, auditors can conduct more efficient and effective audits. Simultaneously, this guide also empowers customers to handle key security configurations in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring the secure processing of business data.

The new DSAG SAP S/4HANA Prüfleitfaden can be downloaded from the German-speaking SAP User Group (DSAG). The document is only available in German language.
