SAP Field Serivce Management Onboarding Journey Touchpoints
The Onboarding Journey consists of 5 quartly live webinars for the new SAP Field Service Management Customers to attend. In each live Webinar, we will go over the following content of the Onboarding Journey Touchpoints:
1st Onboarding session – Welcome and Introduction
The main objectives of this session are to ensure that our Customers understand the System Provisioning process and get familiar with the expected communications from SAP which will allow them to log in to the system. In addition, we also want to ensure that our customers are aware of SAP Field Service Management as a solution (including its entitlements), know what’s included with SAP Enterprise Support (including available resources) and how to interact with SAP Support:

2nd Onboarding session – Project Readiness
The main objectives of this session are to provide to our customers a high-level knowledge of the SAP Activate Methodology, a deeper knowledge on each SAP Field Service Management capability and guidance considering the implementation accelerators which are available.

3rd Onboarding session – Project Guidance
The main objective of this session is to present to our Customers key resources, learnings and enablement which are available to consume free of charge. In this touchpoint we also provide deeper guidance on the different tools which are available for data migration and integration and highlight the importance of testing.

4th Onboarding session – Project Progress
The main objective of this session is to ensure that the Customer´s project implementation is going on the right path: we review the project progress with checklists, provide awareness to the importance of the Cutover phase and share information about the available Continuous Quality Checks (CQCs) remote services.

5th Onboarding session – Go-Live Preparation
The main objectives of this session are to ensure a smooth Go-Live, share post Go-Live maintenance activities and the available SAP resources.
