This channel is available for SAP Access Control and SAP Access Control for SAP S/4HANA.

Experts are available for all sub-product functions of Access Control.

Product Function includes:-

1. Emergency Access Management
2. Business Role Management
3. Access Risk Analysis
4. Access Request Management
5. Analysis and Reports

• Logon to SAP for Me with valid S user id. Navigate to Services & Support and select Get Support App

• Provide all basic information about your issue, System, Product and Product Function.

• Based upon Product SAP Access Control / SAP Access Control for SAP S/4HANA selection, all available channels will be shown. Select button “Ask an Expert Peer” to launch the experience

• Provide details about your issue and submit your question. A qualified and approved expert outside of SAP will work with you to resolve your case through a chat window.

• If the expert is unable to resolve your question or you are not satisfied with the answer, you have the option to easily switch to another channel and interact with SAP support by starting Schedule an Expert or by submitting Case. The conversation transcript from Ask an Expert Peer will be saved, so there will be no duplication of effort for you.
