Due giorni fa abbiamo aggiornato la webmail (Roundcube) all’ultima versione. Apparentemente questo ha causato un problema che fa sì che molti utenti non riescano ad accedere, ricevendo invece un messaggio di errore “File non trovato”. Stiamo attivamente cercando di risolvere, nel frattempo potete utilizzare IMAP per accedere alla vostra casella da un normale client di posta.

AGGIORNAMENTO: Il problema era dovuto al fatto che i vecchi temi larry e classic sono stati rimossi da Roundcube in quanto obsoleti, e gli utenti che li avevano scelti non potevano più utilizzare l’applicazione. Essendoci adesso un unico tema, questa opzione è stata rimossa.

After a major upgrade to our webmail application (Roundcube) a couple of days ago, we apparently introduced an error where some users can no longer log in. Instead, they see a “File not found” error message. We’re actively working to resolve this issue, in the meantime you can still use IMAP to access your email.

UPDATE: The issue has been solved. Some old themes have been removed from Roundcube, and the users that were using them could no longer log in. Since there is now just one theme in Roundcube (elastic), the option to customize it has been removed.
