On September 19th, we kicked off the SAP S/4HANA Product Expert Training, covering the latest insights and product expertise of SAP S/4HANA public cloud, SAP S/4HANA and SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition.

This year´s training was a huge success for our organization. With 1582 SAP Colleagues and 2450 Partners, we have reached a total registration of 4032. For the first time, we have achieved a partner registration of 60%.

The agenda and sessions were planned along SAP´s end-to-end processes, including also strategic insights, cloud customer care updates, cross topics and industries. We have shift the focus from describing new LoB features and innovations to looking at these new innovations in the context of E2E business processes.

During 9 days of training, we hosted 87 live sessions, in which over 230 speakers were presenting the latest and greatest innovations of their area.

The introduction of end-to-end specific session promotions had a positive effect on live participation. Counting all participants of the 87 sessions, we have reached the highest number of live participation with +18000 participants.

We were evolving our enablement offering to support our growth ambition moving towards monthly shipments and include key innovations and partner’s needs. The NPS confirms the success of the new concept. With a total Net Promoter Score of 79.5%, we have reached the highest NPS ever recorded.

Also, for the first time our speakers could achieve a perfect score of 100.

Our new GTM strategy focused on Net New Names & SME plus customers who are tendentially looking to cover the entirety of their processes. As the solution is more mature and established, we were able to create more value by using the training to drill down on how S4HC features enable them, to optimize throughout the full scope of their business processes.
