Upon checking we found that the issue is only with Microsoft Edge 64 bit and Chrome. Firefox and Microsoft Edge 32 bit is working fine. Following is the fix and the relevant notes.

SAP OSS message reply on this
This is a known issue and this issue is due to a change performed by Google Chrome on domain relaxation mechanism :
With version 115/116 the Chrome browser wants to restrict by default access to document.domain which has been used to relax the same-origin policy
For more information about Google Chrome and ‘Origin-Agent-Cluster’ please read the corresponding Google Chrome pages.

https://chromeenterprise.google/policies/#OriginAgentClusterDefaultEnabledEmbedding
Please refer to Note 0003159245 – Google Chrome disables domain relaxation starting M109 for the resolution of the issue.
You could try either of the option you wish.
If you wish proceed with Option 2, then both steps involved have to be applied together !
