In SAP S/4HANA 2023 release for SAP TM new functionality now is available for the fields display in the Transportation Cockpit.

The new functionality will help to make a variant to show the sequence + which fields should be display.

There a new Fiori call Field Catalogs for Transportation Cockpit.

Standard values come for some view of the Transportation Cockpit like “Road Freight Orders”.

In the Road Freight Orders Field Catalog, you see the display values and define your personalization also you can define the field sequence.

This will help the improve to make available in the FPM fields are usually “technically” not available as long you not make the changes for Personalization which is User owner in the webdynpro.

Once you created your on-Field Catalog for TC, you need go to the Page and Layout App and open the Layout you want to assign your catalog.

Open the Layout and go to Road Freight Order view:

Once you open it assign the Field Catalog:

When you start the TC will show the fields base on your own selection fields.

This will help to improve the performance for load the Transportation Cockpit and easily make variants for Key users.
