We are pleased to invite you to the SAP MaxAttention Innovation Workshop focusing on ‘Accelerate transformation and business process performance with SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite’ taking place virtually on October 11, 2023. Please find the current agenda here.

In today’s fast paced world with ever challenging business environments and increased technical disruptions, organizations need to have the ability to adapt their critical business processes to the continuously changing expectations of customers, employees, and suppliers in order to maintain a competitive advantage. The SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite can enable every organization to become an intelligent and sustainable enterprise by providing the framework and tooling for successful and continuous enterprise transformation and process excellence.

In our workshop, experts from the SAP Signavio Global Centre of Excellence and from the SAP MaxAttention Centre of Expertise will guide you through the SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite and show you how the different modules can support organizations to transform with the ability to understand operations instantly and holistically and then react and improve immediately reducing the “Time to Insight” and accelerating the “Time to Adapt”.

This workshop will continue with a practical example of business transformation and with the aid of a relevant use case where we demonstrate how to drive enterprise transformation and process excellence using the products in the SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite.

We will further demonstrate and outline how the SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite can facilitate and pave the way for your SAP S/4HANA migration. The plug-and-gain approach leverages your ERP system data collected through SAP Signavio Process Insights and complements it with product features available in SAP Signavio Process Intelligence as well as SAP Signavio Process Manager. This enables you to prepare faster (by shortening the preparation for your SAP S/4HANA transformation), to deploy faster (by improving collaboration between business and IT and building one digital source of truth in in SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite) and with that you can realize continuous value.
