Hast Du es versäumt, ein Paket beim BGP abzuholen? Ist Dein Paket zu spät angekommen? Keine Sorge, hier erfährst Du wie Du deine Sachen zurückbekommst:

Falls Du etwas verloren hast, schreib uns bitte eine E-Mail an [email protected]. Unser freundliches Garderobenteam kümmert sich um die Fundsachen und nimmt sich Deiner Sache gerne an.

Wenn Du die Abholung einer Sendung vergessen hast oder dein Paket verspätet angekommen ist, kontaktiere uns bitte unter [email protected]. Gib so viele Informationen wie möglich an (BGP-Code ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt ;)), um uns bei der Suche nach dem Paket zu helfen. Wenn Dein Paket bei uns ist, werden wir Dich um ein DHL-Versandlabel bitten, damit wir es Dir zusenden können.

Camp 2023 is over, most of the pallets are sorted and back to our storage facilities .. but there is one thing left: Your stuff. Did you loose something at camp? Did you miss to collect a package at BGP? Did your Parcel arrive late? No worries, here is how to get your stuff back:

In case you lost something please write an email to [email protected] Our friendly wardrobe team will handle the lost and found and take care of your request.

If you missed to collect a shipment or in case your parcel arrived late please contact us at [email protected]. Provide as much information as you can (BGP code is a good starting point ;)) to help us find your package. If your package is there we will ask you for a DHL shipping label so we can send it to you.
